It is not just a job title--it is a name

Why do we need job title? I started working thinking that I only have to do my responsibilities or tasks assigned to me and then on the 15th and 30th I would get paid. Of course, it is definitely and absolutely true. And I thought that job title only becomes part of my work, but it's the other way around. I became the part of every job title I have so far borrowed from every company I worked for.

At first I don't mind my job title. But I was wrong for not minding it because it tells my "personality" (job description) and "age" (duties and responsibilities/skills and capabilities) which means that job title served as a name in the company. Thus when I worked on a particular task, I felt like I was changing my name.

Company name is like the surname of each job title thus job title is your first name. We often say our "(real) name" and tell them our "job title" and the "company" we are working with. But sooner or later, our clients would forget your "(real) name" or who you are but will remember you with your "job title" or who should handle their concerns. We are often addressed to what is our "name" in the company when our internal or external clients needs something from us or they believe that it is "job title's" responsibility to carry out or solve certain things. And when we introduce ourselves to our clients we tell or site our position and the "surname" or the company we belong. And company, as we most of the time heard, needs a familial atmosphere. For this reason the "first name" is also based on hierarchy minding the "age." Meaning there are parents and children, friends as well. But it doesn't count their age like people but the weight of responsibilities. The rank-and-file or entry-level job title are the youngest of them all. They need guidance, care, understanding, and mentoring. And the mentor or coach is the oldest of them all--top management.

So when an employee is temporarily acquires the given name in the certain company he or she knows what is his or her personality in the company and the age of his or her work. But sometimes giving the right name to the employee seems like being ignored by some of the companies thus it seems that "name" is not yet at the right "age."

But think about this. When you can work different things at the same time and you are willing to work under different names but the company you are working with only baptist you with just one name surely you will just be yourself--your current job title. No matter how much you would like to grow you will still be called with the same name since you started with the company, you will still work the same tasks under your name even though your "age" has increased. So it is not just a job title--it is your name in the company.

Always remember we are just representing the company with the "job title" and we are not the owner of it for the rest of our lives. When we leave the job position or the company, any one could replace it but the job title and company name remain.

Australia is one of the continents and at the same time a country. I don't know more about this country, but I'm sure it is worthy to visit this place. I was once wanted to migrate to Australia, yes just to work and live there. But at the back of my mind I realize it is still nice to be in the place where you were born. Even though my country has been receiving a lot of negative comments in terms of government and danger, I know very well that it is not the most evil place to live with. But anyways, every person has own opinion and mine is I would love to travel and explore the world, but in the end I would still like to go back to the place where I truly belong.

And speaking of Australia. Have you watched the movie Australia? I haven't seen this film, but I think it is a nice film. See how Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman join force to give life to a story lady who wants to save her inherited land met a local man who eventually helps her in her purpose and of course... they fall in love (I just think so since it is an epic, romantic film. :)). Let me know what can you say about this film.

Gone the days when I was writing a screenplay for nothing. Oh yes, I would still love to write screenplay and later on see it playing in silverscreen. It's not actually more for fame, but more on fulfillment. Fulfillment of having something to share with people and touch their hearts or make them laugh till they drop or become a medium for realization in life. Although I have few synopsis with me, I couldn't spare my time in making my dream into reality. It's actually a personal choice and merely seeing what are my priorities in life. But once I have managed my time well, I wouldn't hesitate to write screenplay again or if not, I would be happy if even I would publish a book. I just hope I would finish all my story lineups.

Whenever a writer feels that he or she wants to write something, he or she will just write it. He or she will let the grammar aside. The focus is not on the construction of the sentence, but on the story he or she wants to convey. After all writing is about expressing and informing people. Writing is about sharing thoughts although it is not made for everybody.

As for screenplay, it is important to give value to your story for people who will watch it and hopefully they could get moral lesson from it. Avoid putting unneccesary scene. I bet it would just ruin your story.

Don't know exactly when the three witch sisters story ended, but if I'm right there were 6 seasons for them. Three seasons when the eldest was still alive and three seasons when their half-sister complete the "Charmed" ones once again.

Prudence Charlz is a fun of the Charmed series, thus she got the name Prudence (I'll reveal where I get the name Charlz when I have a post related to it. :)) Eversince then I come to love her character and you know what, I got sisters with me, too. My friends from college, which I told people or when I introduced them to people I know, I always say sister-friend, likes Piper and Phoebe and believe it or not we (actually, we are still recognize as Charmed ones or the Halliwell sisters of our former Journalism classmates and we got even the name in our Yearbook) have our own grams, too. And when Prue died in the story, we felt sad. But nevertheless, I still continue to use the name Prudence.

Although, before Prudence Halliwell existence I already like the name "Prudence" when I read "The Witch of the Blackbird Pond" when I'm still in High School (actually I couldn't remember if it was from High School or Elementary days).

I am currently browsing the net and googling my name "Prudence Charlz." It was actually for fun, nothing from my expectations that I would in Rank 1 in Google or anything. It just happy to see my name included in the search engine. And I was surprised to see my blog entry about Transformers 2 in other site, http://www.kosmix.com.
And now, I am trying to see other website I have link.

I was silent for about a week in my blog. And I missed to thank all my advertisers and visitors. And wasn't able to reply to messages sent to me.

And to all, thank you for visiting every-witchyway even though I don't have new entry. My site is open to promote and advise, so please don't hesitate.

Time passing fast. It's March. Summer is approaching here in our country. Extremely hot with this season. But I'm sure most of us still love summer. It's time to go swimming. Summer is a great time for travelling and trekking.
I hope I could bring my family to Boracay or Puerto Galera. We haven't gone to this place and I heard how nice they were. But only if I have budget for this, we could go. I and Icki are planning to visit Baguio City or Sagada, but we have to save a lot of money. :)

Even though vacation is near for students. It is better to prepare for the next school year, especially kids. Avoid hassle in buying notebooks for your kids. Have designs that they would surely love to bring with them and encourage them to use in their writing, which means they would love to finish their lecture with their cute notebooks.
For teens, take time to choose your writing notebook with cute, one-of-a-kind design that you would love to bring every day. If you are a dog and cat lover, you would love to have a unique design that would inspire you to use your notebook and not waste it for nothing. Dogs and cats would like to help their friend like you.

The Patient - Part 5 of 16

I still love him, but I am mad at him so what would I say. I want to find out the truth, but I hate to see him.

So what I did was: To hang up.

By the way, he is my ex-boyfriend who had just gone for five years. No phone calls or even letters. Actually I hanged up because I was speechless. And admittedly I miss him so much. Apparently, I've got no boyfriend, still single because of him.

To continue my story, my cell phone rang again, but I did not answer it. After his three attempts, I turned it off. It better to sleep than to talk to him, I convinced myself. I was also trying to think that it was just a prank call. Or it was a wrong number. Anyway, he did not mention my name, but rather he called me Honey. Anybody could be Honey of anyone for a prank caller or should I say cheater.

The next day, everything seemed normal. The calculator, computer, and pile of papers were still in their place. I found myself preparing the journals and ledgers and the never-ending computation of debit and credit. Everything used to be this way. But one thing was not usual: A bouquet of flower at my desk. It was the only kind of flower I ever like. It was a daisy.

And who have sent these flowers? I asked myself.

So I searched for the card and got the small pink card. There it was written:

"Honey,

I love you so much. Please forgive me. I'm sorry.

Honey

My heart wanted to stop beating. I was so cold and may be pale. I was oblivious. Was this a debit or a credit for my suffering? I could feel the whole weight of my body into my feet. I could not carry myself. It was too heavy. My heart lost its rhythm. My mind could no longer find any words to speak of or even to think of.

Yes, of course you want to know who Honey is. Well, well, as I have said, he is my boyfriend. I mean, he "was" my boyfriend. We had been together for two years, but we have to deal with long-distance relationship after that. He had to work abroad. His jobs called for travelling if necessary. Our plan was he would just save money and we would get married. But we never talked on having no communication. So to sum the years of our relationship it was two years and nine months. Nine months of being far from him and nine months that created a deep wound in my heart. The wound has never been superficial. It is deep that even mefenamic acid or antiseptic could not ease the pain and heal the wound.

So you know now a little of our story.
