Admit or not, each one of us has our own complains. Complains for the traffic jam and blame it for being late in the office. You'll call your internet provider and ask why your connections isn't working properly. And you got annoyed and start to scold. Well, it doesn't give you a healthy life. Try to relax while having complains. How? Just think that everything will be all right... in time. Complains is nothing and remained unsolved if there's no action to be taken. While we keep on taking the high notes thinking we could get the answer we want, it only makes the situation worse. And not only that, you will never believe anyone because you want to satisfy yourself that people around you are wrong and that you are the one who's right.

Listen well. Speak calmly.
